Timeless fashion pieces every woman needs
Growing up I was raised by my grandmother, Patricia Ann Bishop, who most would consider a regal woman. She would often wear glamorous furs and jewels to church and to any other event that she would consider swanky. Needless to say she was definitely a lady of her times.
With my grandmother being older in age, we often watched may black and white movies. Mostly westerns because that was one thing she loved, don't ask me why. The other times they were the classic damsel finds their true love. The thing I always admired about the timeless beauties was their lavish way of dress.
Their garments were most types made of silks, satin, tulle, feathers, and furs. My grandmother owned some of these very same items and of course when she would be out I would try them on and prance around imagining living the same glamorous life.
The item that I loved most was the fur trimmed robes. They wear so elegant and sophisticated and even dare I said gaudy. It was so me! So I decided to put one in my wardrobe; mine and my daughters.
And I must say my little heir prances about the house about as much as I do!
I wonder what lifestyle she is imagining while doing so. <3
